Bob is one of our most senior employees, and recently completed 34 years with the Insolvency Trustee Service Australia (now “AFSA”) as a Deputy Official Receiver, specialising in personal insolvency administration & investigation.

Bob administered numerous complex bankrupt estate/proceeds of crime matters during his career. His investigations over the years led to the formation of the “Bankruptcy Regulation Unit”, as well as the “Proceeds of Crime” and “Child Support” sections within AFSA.

A qualified accountant, he’s also been an adviser to the Indonesian government; providing advice to their Justice Department on the proposed amendments to their insolvency laws.

He has a long and harmonious relationship with registered trustees, even providing technical training to them in recent years.
