Recently, one of our team members was given some unique recognition that was both unexpected and well deserved.

Lisa Micallef joined the Firm in 2005 through a work experience program offered through her Business College and is under the guidance of David Iannuzzi.

With all the support and confidence of her family and her colleagues at Condon Associates, Lisa excelled with her Diploma of Accounting Course achieving a Distinction average. This was accomplished while working 2 jobs during the course of the year which is a remarkable achievement.

As a result of this effort, the University of Western Sydney have recently recognised Lisa’s efforts and offered her a full time Degree with a possible shortened study program which may enable Lisa to complete her Degree in early 2008.

When faced with the dilemma of choosing to work full time or continue to study part time and work full time, Lisa decided to study full time and work 2 days per week here at the Condon Associates. Such a workload, whilst hectic, is a credit to her determination to succeed with her career. Further, her performance, adaptability and professionalism at this Firm is beyond reproach.

Condon Associates is committed to developing skills and career paths for young people in all facets of a Forensic Insolvency and Turnaround Practice. Lisa’s commitment to her own career, her peers and Condon Associates is a credit to her proud parents. It certainly is a great example of what can be achieved given supportive circumstances.
